一、Product introduction
The shut-off valve series products are mainly used to cut off or connect the pipeline to make the system operate normally. Therefore, it must be kept fully open or fully closed during use, and not allowed to be in a half-open state. The sealing is performed by applying torque to the valve stem, and the valve stem applies pressure to the valve disc in the axial direction, so that the sealing surface of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closely fitted to prevent the medium from leaking along the gap between the sealing surfaces. When the handwheel is turned clockwise, the flap is lowered to cut off the passage, which means it is closed. Rotate the handwheel counterclockwise, the valve flap rises, that is to open, the opening height of the valve flap is 25% -30% of the nominal diameter, which is fully open.
This series of valve has two types of angle type and straight-through type. It is equipped with hand wheel or bonnet manual driving device. You can choose the appropriate structure according to your needs.
Note:
1.Pay attention to personnel safety during installation and maintenance, and do not perform any operation when the valve is under pressure；
2.Carry out regular inspections to determine the status of valve components and fasteners;
3.Make sure the valve is fully open or fully closed during use.
